聖靈的活水在那些相信美麗福音的人心中流淌。
在約翰福音7章38節說：「信我的人就如經上所說：從他腹中要流出活水的江河來。」
這裡，「就如經上所說」這句話意思是在相信耶穌所賜美麗福音的人裡面，有罪的除去的真正救恩。
聖靈的內住何時發生？
當人聽見並相信世上所有的罪都通過耶穌基督從約翰所受的洗禮而傳給了祂的美麗福音時，聖靈的內住就被賜下。
就是在那時，人也能嚐到聖靈的活水。
相信美麗福音的人領受了聖靈的內住，這些人每當述說或聆聽主(God)的話語時，心中就有聖靈的活水重新流淌，滋潤他們乾渴的靈魂。
