About this listen

Traumatic experiences can derail a person for a period of time, or for their entire life. Coach Jon tells his story of living through a horrific event that he did not let define him throughout life. While the trauma held him captive for a season of life, and his life went in a direction he did not want, Coach Jon explains how he was set free from binge eating and hating himself to positively moving forward and helping others do the same.
