तम्बू के पटिए जहाँ परमेश्वर निवास करता था वह सोने से मढ़े हुए थे। तम्बू के प्रत्येक पटिए को सीधे खड़े रखने के लिए, परमेश्वर ने मूसा को दो चाँदी की कुर्सियां बनाने के लिए कहा था। प्रत्येक पटिए के निचे दो चाँदी की कुर्सियां लगाने का आत्मिक मतलब निम्नलिखित है। बाइबल में, सोना विश्वास को दर्शाता है जो कभी भी बदलता नहीं है। इन कुर्सियों को सोने से मढ़े पटिए के निचे लगाईं जाति थी जिसका मतलब है की परमेश्वर ने हमें दो उपहार दिए है जो हमारे उद्धार की निश्चितता देता है। दुसरे शब्दों में, उसका मतलब है की यीशु ने बपतिस्मा लेकर और अपना लहू बहाकर हमारे उद्धार को परिपूर्ण किया।
