Die Stiftshütte selbst wurde mit 48 Brettern gebaut; jeweils zwanzig Bretter für die Süd und Nordseite, sechs Bretter für die Westseite und zwei Bretter für die beiden hinteren Ecken. Jedes Brett hatte eine Länge von 4,5m (15 Fuß) und eine Breite von etwa 67,5cm (2,2 Fuß). Damit jedes Brett aufrecht stand, gab es zwei silberne Füße und zwei Zapfen, die genau zusammen passten. Dies zeigt uns erneut, dass Gottes Rettung nur durch Seine Gnade durch Glauben an Christus gegeben ist.
