Đền-tạm được xây dựng bằng 48 tấm ván; hai mươi tấm cho phía nam và hai mươi tấm cho phía bắc, sáu tấm cho phía tây và hai tấm cho hai góc phía sau đền thờ. Mỗi tấm dài 4.5 mét và chiều rộng khoảng 67.5 cm. Để những tấm ván đứng thẳng, nên có hai lỗ mộng để chúng gắn khít nhau.
