Feeling overwhelmed can affect us in many ways, both mentally and physically. It can lead to stress, anxiety, and a feeling of being unable to cope with the tasks at hand. This can cause us to feel drained, tired, and even lead to physical symptoms such as headaches or muscle tension. Overwhelm can also make it difficult for us to focus and make decisions, which can further exacerbate the problem. Ultimately, feeling overwhelmed can negatively impact our overall well-being and productivity.
