It’s no secret that as we age, losing weight can become more of a challenge.  And for those of us who are over 50, this challenge can feel almost impossible.

Today I am here to discuss 5 challenges you may be facing when it comes to weight loss after the age of 50 and what you can do to try and overcome them.

YES, it is possible to lose weight, at any age, and keep it off. 

I completely understand the difficulty of losing weight and keeping it off! And, I want you to know that it is possible after the age of 50…even though we may think not. 

I have figured it out and I have helped many clients lose weight, so I know first hand it can be done. 

And without being extreme!
