In cerca di nuovi sponsor e stabilità, la Viola avvia progetti strutturali come il Palacalafiore e il Centro Sportivo Viola. Gaetano Gebbia, figura chiave del settore giovanile, ricorda con nostalgia il "Pianeta Viola", un tempo vivaio di talenti, oggi abbandonato.
