49 | How to Create and Manage a Flexible Schedule

  • Summary

  • FUN FACT: About 90% of the time, my MYP podcast episodes are scripted… but this week, it's time to get vulnerable 😳

Over the past two years (since the birth of my son), I’ve been working on creating and managing a flexible schedule… and, it has been a long time coming.

Since opening Plum & Parcel 10 years ago, a lot has changed. From my client base, to bringing on multiple contractors, to going back to the corporate world and growing a family. 🫣

It’s been a whirlwind of a decade! But like my friend Desiree, who I spoke with in our episode last week, I get the opportunity to play a very practical role in my house with my two (almost three) kiddos.

Now, with my time being more limited, it's time to start prioritizing how I spend it. ⌛ If you're a working mama, you know where I'm coming from!

This week I'm chatting unscripted through how I am creating and managing a flexible schedule in my business. 📅 And, how you can too!

If you have a few minutes to spare in your busy schedule, plug those headphones in. 🎧 It’s time to dive in!
