どうせ愛する彼女に作ってもらった肉じゃがは別味だと言ってむしゃむしゃ喰らうんでしょうけどね。
どうも、狼煙のこうやです。
肉じゃがはカレーの工程の一部だ、という声が絶えず聞こえてくる昨今。
日本食の神髄ともいえる肉じゃになんて罵倒を、なんて野蛮な連中だ、と心の中では思いつつ肉じゃがを庇うこともできない自分に嫌悪感を抱いてしまうことが多々あります。
もうこんな思いはしたくないと思ったその矢先、頭の中にスッと春風のように文字が吹く。
肉じゃがは人間をあるべき姿に還す料理なのではないか？と。
玉ねぎニンジンじゃがいも、元はすべて土の中で育った野菜。ぐつぐつと沸騰させる様はまるで元いた土の中での成長を早送りで見ているような。
ヒンドゥー教では牛は破壊神シヴァの乗り物、神聖な動物として扱われています。
神は我々人間を肉じゃがという料理で浄化しようとしているのではないか。
もう仏飯が肉じゃがでもいいんじゃないかと。
