    水信さんは2006年から環境省に勤務し、2011年の東日本大震災では
    総理官邸や復興庁でがれき処理支援を担当されました。
    その後、2021年から約4年間スイスの日本政府代表部に勤務され、
    ウクライナ和平会議の開催支援にも携ったそうです。
