Pre-parare le riunioni significa evitare il rischio che vadano oltre il tempo programmato, che si parli di tutto ma non dell'argomento di cui si doveva parlare, che qualcuno prenda la parola e non faccia parlare gli altri, che non si giunga a una conclusione.
