About this listen

 Cara Knott, a 20 year old San Diego State University student, was pulled over by California Highway Patrol Officer Craig Peyer. Cara was murdered by Peyer off of the Mercy Rd exit in San Diego County.. She was then thrown off of the Los Penasquitos Arch Bridge where she was discovered the next morning by family and police.
