Kelsey is a clinical counsellor and trauma therapist, who is running a successful business where she combines one-on-one counselling and business mentoring, online courses and a membership community. Kelsey is a fellow podcaster and she runs a blog on her website. In this episode, Kelsey shares her journey into counselling and now working with people to help them create more space.

Kelsey and Jana talk about the importance of realising that capitalism, as a structure, doesn’t serve a lot of us anymore and how can we start creating a small ripple of change around us.
