Where does your resentment come from? How does it change your decisions, and how do we let this baggage go for good?!
As black sheep, resentment is different for us. We fell into it at such a young age that it easily becomes a part of our identity.
You see yourself as cynical, realistic, or hopeless. You don't see much of a future for yourself, or if you do, it seems bleak or unfulfilling. Everyone's life seems easier than yours, and you assume they're just lucky and you're just cursed.
You carry a chip on your shoulder and feel like an outcast.These are small ways resentment manifests in everyday life.
But even deeper, it's keeping you from your freedom and peace of mind.
As I say in this podcast, we all have power. So are you giving your power to your family, your haters, your bad habits? Or are you using it to free yourself from the limitations that keep you stuck and unfulfilled?
