Tamar Gaffin-Cahn and I sit down a few days after completing the Process course in the Coach Training Program offered by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). We share our biggest "a-ha" moments and how we have grown as coaches and people throughout the program. We also learn about Tamar's passion for helping young people to discover their strengths and how she is using the skills and tools that she gained from CTI to do so.
