Ο Ιησούς μας χάρισε αιώνια λύτρωση. Δεν υπάρχει κανένας σε αυτόν τον κόσμο που να μη μπορεί να λυτρωθεί, αν πιστέψει στον Ιησού ως τον Σωτήρα του. Μας λύτρωσε όλους. Αν υπάρχει κάποιος αμαρτωλός που βασανίζεται για τις αμαρτίες του, είναι επειδή δεν καταλαβαίνει πώς ο Ιησούς τον ελευθέρωσε από όλες τις αμαρτίες μέσω του βαπτίσματός Του.
Όλοι πρέπει να γνωρίζουμε και να πιστεύουμε στο μυστήριο της σωτηρίας. Ο Ιησούς πήρε επάνω Του όλες τις αμαρτίες μας με το βάπτισμά Του και υπέμεινε την κρίση για τις αμαρτίες μας πεθαίνοντας πάνω στον Σταυρό.
