Una comicità demenziale, surreale e satirica, spesso basata su stereotipi e tabù sessuali, che è diventata cult per la generazione che li ha vissuti come opere di transizione puberale e come espedienti di trasgressione.
Cosa ci rimane oggi di Scary Movie e dei suoi simili? Ci fanno ancora ridere? Riuscirebbero a far ridere le nuove generazioni? La comicità di quel tipo è ancora per noi? È cambiata la comicità, o siamo cambiati noi?
