About this listen

Eri Maeda is a ceramist based in Paris. Her pieces open dialogue over the diktats ( over women like beauty standards and social norms.
With Eri we talk about the courage it takes to talk about such topics coming from a strict education in Japan. We also talk about mental health and the transformative power of art for the people who look at it and also for the people making it.

This interview was recorded live at The Woods Gallery: a design gallery in Paris (17 Rue André del Sarte 75018 Paris)
