キャリアコンサルタントになって10年以上立ちますが、自分の振り返り、棚卸し、というのには長く苦手意識がありました。
そんな話しをしています。
プロティアンキャリアのミドルラボで実施した「キャリアトークツアー」は終わってしまったのですが、過去を「振り返り」、その時の感情や意味を見出して、それをベースに私のアクセルやブレーキを考えて、未来の私を考える、という建付けはとても良いなと思います。
