Если мы с вами совершили даже малейший из всех грехов, мы должны быть осуждены за этот грех и умереть перед лицом Бога. Таков закон Божий. Однако чтобы нам избежать подобного осуждения, Бог послал на эту землю Сына Своего Единородного Иисуса Христа и велел Ему принять крещение от Иоанна Крестителя. Итак, возложив все грехи человечества на Своего Сына и предав Его на распятие, Бог велел Ему умереть искупительной смертью за всех людей. И Бог воскресил Его из мёртвых. Всё это свершилось для того, чтобы каждый человек был спасён по вере в Евангелие воды и Духа.
