About this listen

 Einer der Unterschiede wenn man systemtheoretisch auf Organisationen schaut, ist, dass man in "Funktionen" denkt. Eine moralische Bewertung in richtig / falsch und gut / böse weicht einer Unterscheidung nach funktional / dysfunktional. Nun ist die Frage, was die Funktion ist und wie man sie erkennt. Das ist nicht immer einfach. Doch ich habe eine kleine Geschichte gefunden, die das Prinzip wunderbar klar macht.
