About this listen

Christian Cunningham and Laura Racky got QUITE ranty in this particular episode.

Firstly - teenagers get a bad rap, but they're unreal. Energetic, smart, yeah they can argue a lot but who would want them to be ANY different?

We also go into LinkedIn self congratulators and the posting of AI slop. Got a bit spicy there.

We got deep on dealing with rejection, and how it can have a devastating and disproportionate effect on people's lives. Well worth a listen.

Also, Christian did a segment on the Australian jobs market and economic red flags. They're starting to pile up...

Laura (a bit ranty) got into her dislike of performative people who virtue signal LOUDLY but do nothing. To be very clear, Christian is in full agreement.

Christian was very prickly about how references are being dealt with, after some illuminating responses to a previous episode.

And finally, Laura led a masterclass on opportunities for young people to make HUGE career jumps by actively looking for opportunities to learn.

Note - we had a few technical camera issues, but thanks to our elite technical team, you won't even notice.

Thanks all for listening.
