For each of us there are choices our parents made & actions they chose that we would never make ourselves. On the flip side we all have parts of our childhood that we want our children to receive too.
Today we ask each other some critical parenting questions.
Which parenting choices made by your mum or dad have you chosen to not repeat (break the cycle of) with your kids? Why? What are you choosing instead?
Which parenting choices are you choosing to repeat and therefore extending the legacy of?
These really are the conversations that matter when it comes to conscious parenting. Our experiences, and specifically the perception of our experiences has created the person and parent we are today.
