Wow, was für vier Wochen das waren!
Sri Lanka, Malediven, Traumstrände, Kokosnüsse, Sonnenuntergänge … hört sich nach 100 % Urlaubsparadies an, oder? Naja – fast.
Denn neben Palmen und Meer hatte ich auch ordentlich Flugangst im Gepäck, einen kleinen Unfall (yay, Souvenir fürs Leben) und die nervige Stimme im Kopf: „Du musst doch JETZT glücklich sein!“ Spoiler: war ich nicht immer.
In dieser Folge erzähle ich, warum es völlig normal ist, auch im Paradies mal schlechte Tage zu haben und wieso genau das manchmal sogar ganz gut tut.
