Summary

Twenty-two minutes with is a podcast for people at an intersection in their career. With the upheaval over the last two years in the workforce, many folks are reconsidering their current jobs. Call it The Great Resignation or The Big Quit, I see headlines every day about employees leaving companies en masse. There are a lot of people looking to answer why, but I’m much more interested in how people make those decisions. How does someone choose to stay at the same place for a decade? Or how does someone choose to leave their corporate job and make a go of becoming an entrepreneur? For twenty-two minutes I’ll sit down with colleagues and friends to try and figure out the answer to the biggest question - how do I decide what to do next?2021 Ader Communications Career Success Economics Leadership Management & Leadership Social Sciences
