Das schwierige bei Partizipation ist, dass man schnell denkt, man hätte alles verstanden und würde es alles schon richtig machen und umsetzen. Oft stimmt das aber manchmal stimmt es halt auch nicht und darüber spreche ich in der heutigen Folge.
