2026年2月18日の東京株式市場は5営業日ぶりに反発しました。終値は前日比577円35銭（1.02%）高の5万7143円84銭で取引を終えました。TOPIXは3,807.25で、前日比45.70ポイント高（+1.21％）と、日経平均を上回る上昇率となり、主力バリュー株を含めた広範な銘柄に資金が向かいました。
東証グロース市場指数も990.40と前日比20.24ポイント高（+2.09％）で大幅反発し、直近軟調だったグロース株にも買いが広がりました。
前日の米株高に加え、国内では高市政権の経済政策への期待感が意識され、「政策に売りなし」との見方から三菱重工など政策関連銘柄に買いが集まりました。業種別では保険、非鉄金属、ガラス・土石製品などが上昇上位となる一方、精密機器や情報・通信など一部セクターは軟調と報じられています。
