今年は怒涛の一年。ハワイでオープンした柔術とヨガのスタジオ、VSSL UNIONの立ち上げで感じたこと。

東京都出身。カリフォルニアとハワイでヨガに出会い、自由でモダンなスタイルが支持されるインストラクターとして活躍。ルルレモン日本法人の立ち上げやブランドマネジメントに携わった後、2019年に原宿でIGNITE YOGA STUDIOを創設。下北沢にもスタジオを展開し、オンラインスタジオやホテルでのレッスンなど活動の幅を広げる。
2025年にはハワイに拠点を移し、ブラジリアン柔術とヨガ、コミュニティを融合した新スタジオVSSL UNIONを立ち上げる。現在は日本とハワイを行き来しながら、スタジオ運営、国際的なイベント出演、メンターシッププログラムなど、多方面で活動している。
