記者の竹居真樹さんがご紹介くださったのは、まねき食品株式会社・代表取締役の竹田典高さん。
明治時代から続く会社で竹田典高さんは６代目。
１０月まで開催されていた大阪・関西万博に出店され話題にもなっていました。
今後は海外でお弁当を広めたいということで、パリにお店を出店する予定とのことでした。
まねき食品の歴史について、さらに今後どのような世の中にしたいかなどお話くださいました。
