【おたより本文】
油断していると肌寒い寝起きから、朝霧が晴れるとほんの小一時間で真夏の暑さまで一気に急上昇、くらくらぐるぐる。そんなジェットコースター的な体感の奥出雲です。
自然栽培の畑では圃場整理・種まき・収獲・出荷に加えて最近の作業は草管理。
どのような環境を整えてあげようかというのは、もちろん野菜たちにとってでもありますが、鳥や虫、土の中にいる微生物にとってでもあり、私たち人間の体の調子と天気と折り合いをつけていく、、、なかなか難しいですが工夫しがいのある作業です。
そんなふうに、畑と呼吸を合わせる日々のなかから、今日も野菜たちをお届けしますね。野菜を手に取る皆さまとも、暮らしのリズムがどこかでふっと重なりますように。
