About this listen

When a parent is soon to die due to old age or illness, there can be a myriad of feelings, thoughts and emotions that rarely get discussed or exposed around this experience, particularly when there are unresolved feelings of anger, resentment and wounding in the relationship.

In this episode, I speak with Joan. The wounding Joan experienced as a child has left her feeling disconnected from her mother.

And now that her mother is dying of cancer, Joan is feeling confused about who she should be and what she should do to support her mother.

Joan has reached out to have this session to overcome her inner turmoil, She fears regret, loss, guilt and shame of being selfish with the decisions she is making.

If you're feeling selfish or overwhelmed by the decisions you are making in your life right now - this episode is a soothing balm for your heart and mind.
