P.S. I Love You is a song composed by Paul McCartney in 1962 during the period of the Beatles in Hamburg. Paul McCartney denies having composed the song for his Liverpool girlfriend Dorothy known as Dot Rhone with which he had a 3 year engagement from 1959 to july 1962. Cynthia Powell and Dorothy Rhone followed John and Paul to Hamburg when the Beatles went to play at Top Ten from 1 April to 1 July 1961.
