De alguna manera, llevo años siendo controlado por todo aquello que me genera dopamina, y, probablemente tú también.
Para ello, decidí hacer este podcast (en general), liberarme de todo y crear antes que consumir, poniéndome a prueba a mi mismo, frente a hábitos y circunstancias que no son las más óptimas.
Vivo en Colombia y tal vez, por nuestra cultura latina, nos hemos llevado a ser mas victimas y culpables siempre, aunque mi querer es cambiar todo esta manera de pensar, y para ello, comencé con la tarea personalmente.
