ワインショップでのワイン選びは本当に難しいですよね。でも、立場が変わっておすすめする店員さんになっても、実は難しいんです。その難しさの理由は、星の数ほどあるワインの種類からおすすめの1本を絞り込んでいく作業。
この絞り込みがスムーズにいけば、今日ぴったりの1本に出会える確率は上がるんじゃないかな？なんて話をしています。
