Shopfloor Management (SFM) bezeichnet die Führung und Steuerung der Produktion direkt am Ort der Wertschöpfung (dem Shopfloor). Es handelt sich um eine Methode, bei der Führungskräfte aktiv an der Produktion mitwirken, um Prozesse zu optimieren und zu verbessern. Ziel ist die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktion und die Einbindung der Mitarbeiter.
