ABER: Zur Veränderung gehört auch immer das Unbekannte. Denn dort liegt ja das Neue. Sonst wäre es ja einfach wieder das Bekannte und Alte.
Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass du dich mit dem Unbekannten anfreundest und das Unbekannte in dir Freude, nicht Angst auslöst.
