Today I'm talking about how we horse girls who are on a budget can do hard things. I share how this was something I learned on as a kid; how I ended up learning to believe in my ability to do hard things because I had no other choice.

I talk about how we have the power in us, the energy and the capability of doing things that are "hard." I go on to talk about how I've come to learn that what we perceive as "hard" is often tied into our expectations and what we've been told by others. I share what I've come to learn about my own expectations, and listening to myself, and how understanding both has helped me do all kinds of things and they often don't have to be that hard at all.

I talk about what I've learned about doing hard things - and how they often don't have to be so very hard at all.
