About this listen
This is a mini-practice designed to open and lengthen the legs. We’ll begin standing to warm the body, build steadiness, and activate the larger muscle groups. Then we’ll move to the mat for deep, supported stretches using the strap to safely increase mobility and release tension. This short practice is perfect for busy days when you need a reset, a little grounding, and a lot of ease.
