She coaches and trains mindset skills to help equestrians overcome all manner of mental hurdles, and sometimes physical ones too! www.equk.org is an education marketing platform which helps providers of equestrian qualifications advertise to a diverse audience in the UK and globally whilst reinvesting this into initiatives which supports access to equestrianism in groups currently under-represented within the sector. It does real, practical hands on work directing learners to the best course for them, supporting current staff to take the next steps in their career, and helps employers attract and retain employees.
