We have all felt burnout at some point in our lives, and if it hasn't happened to you, congrats. You're so lucky.

Burnout affects our physical and mental health, even our emotions. It makes us feel exhausted, emotionally drained, and incapable of dealing with our assignments.

Burnout is caused by chronic stress and is often work-related. Sometimes we get too busy trying to juggle the tasks and responsibilities during the day and tend to forget about ourselves. It doesn't hurt anyone if we take a break or prioritize ourselves from time to time; it is necessary to keep us healthy.

In this episode, I'll share how I overcame burnout by resting, setting limits, and delegating tasks.
