We create our own reality and a lot of it is shaped by our self talk and what we think. This week I'm sharing some of my realizations about this. You'll hear about the importance of being aware of how you talk to yourself in order to be happy and feel good and so creating a positive experience for yourself. In connection with this I'm also touching on my experience with mediation and yoga as a way to increase the awareness of thoughts and the feeling of the body.
