会社見学会や学生の職場見学などで来場者から「イワサキさんの地域貢献活動は素晴らしいですね」と、ありがたいお声を頂戴することが良くあります。
経営理念にも地域貢献を掲げているイワサキ経営グループですが、改めて当社が行っている地域貢献について考えてみました。
ヨッシーは大学生時代から、県外就職をまったく考えておらず地元就職しか選択肢になかったとのこと。
沼津の企業で働いている中で、若い頃は沼津のネガティブな話を良く聞き違和感を感じていました。
時は流れ、沼津の状況も変わり自身も経営を任される立場となり強く思ったことが「企業活動こそ地域貢献ができる」。
この想いが根底にあり、様々な地域貢献を行っています。
その中でも特徴的な活動は、毎年開催している地元中小企業を応援する展示会イベント「売上アップ祭り」
2025年も11月18日に開催します。
