About this listen

On this episode I’m joined by Elisha Tamasi, The Polynesian Life Coach. You guys know I love a good old raw, real and juicy chat, especially when it comes to sharing a story that can change someone’s life.

From the age of 6, Elisha felt different. She grew up in government housing in “the hood”, had big dreams, went left when everyone else was going right, yet deep down she battled with body shame and searched for freedom, worthiness and self acceptance, recalling her first diet at the tender age of 11.

Now, Elisha Tamasi is a Self Love and Confidence Coach dedicated to empowering women to embrace their worthiness, love what they see in the mirror, and step boldly into their power. Through her coaching and signature program, Destination Self Love, Elisha helps women break free from the chokehold of dieting, perfectionism, and self criticism to reclaim their confidence and live unapologetically as their most authentic selves.

Jump in with me as we weave our way through Elisha's life and witness her "unbecoming" from external expectations and comes home to herself with self love and compassion.
