 Jesus and His disciples descend from the mountaintop glory of the Transfiguration and abruptly find themselves back in the valley. There they confront a child’s illness, the disciples’ frustration in ministry, a parent’s unanswered prayers, and even Jesus’ own grief and frustration. And if that were not enough, they are suddenly faced with paying taxes too! Join us this Sunday as we learn from Jesus how to live faithfully at the bottom of the mountain.
