In Folge der Nuklearkatastrophe von Tschernobyl in 1986 war eine Stadt in Kasachstan gezwungen ihr erst kürzlich errichtetes Atomkraftwerk stillzulegen. Ein junger Ingenieur hatte eine geniale Idee durch die das Vorhaben nicht zu einem kompletten finanziellen Desaster werden würde. Sein absurder Einfallsreichtum führte die Stadt aus der Krise, aber nur 20 Jahre später...naja hört einfach selbst.
