Friendship between women can leave wounds and we discussed that in the healing circle with Alex, Ani and Tash. We shared our history with sisterhood wounds and how life’s magic and self reflective moment have lead us to healing these woulds and creating most incredible feminine connections as a result.

Tash is a psychotherapist who supports people to reclaim and embody all parts of themselves through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, somatic practices, and creative expression. She guides others towards curiosity and deeper self-awareness whilst nurturing self-compassion, helping them reconnect with their true essence and express themselves authentically.
