 Leider ist bei uns zur Zeit so viel los, dass wir es nicht geschafft haben, uns in Ruhe zusammenzusetzen und wie geplant über Hunger und Sättigung zu sprechen. Weil wir euch aber nicht ganz ohne ein Lebenszeichen lassen wollen, gibt es eine kleine Motivationsrede: in dieser kurzen und knackingen Solofolge teilt Steffi ein paar Gedanken zu (Körper)akzeptanz, Selbstverantwortung und den langen Weg vom Hirn zum Herz.
