About this listen
In this week’s episode, Out of Privilege co-founder Wendy Apperson talks with me and two other women about what it means to be a mother to bi-racial children. Two of us are white and the other is Black. We share our different perspectives based on our experiences and those of our children, the fears we have in today’s environment and our hopes for the future. While every story is unique, there are some common themes that emerge as we help our children navigate a racially charged world.
