～ミネのトマトの味噌汁レシピ～
＜材料＞
水：600ml
だしパック：1個
玉ねぎ：1/2個
トマト：1/2個
味噌：大さじ2
＜作り方＞
①玉ねぎは薄切りに、トマトは角切りにする。
②鍋に水、出汁パックを入れて沸騰するまで中火で煮立たせる。
③出汁パックを取り除き、玉ねぎを入れて火が通るまで中火で煮る。
④火を止めて味噌を溶き入れる。
⑤トマトを器に盛り、④をかける。
